HOW TO BOOK A BANQUET OR PARTY Call Scholz Garten 512-474-1958, Email, Fax: 512-474-1527 BOOKING A BANQUET AT SCHOLZ GARTEN (The Fine Print) Scholz Garten can accommodate groups up to 100 in our North Dining Room, 65 in our front room, 60 in The Bismark Room, and 400 in our Biergarten. Saengerrunde Hall has facilities for 300 and in combination with The Biergarten can seat up to 600 guests or more. Saengerrunde Hall, and Scholz Garten’s have stages for guest speakers, live music, and even a large orchestra. For inquiries about Saengerrunde Hall call 512-474-1958. Your menu and beverage selections should be confirmed at least 10 days before your event, and a guaranteed number of guests at least 48 hours before your event. Special plates, and tablecloths can be ordered for an extra charge. Sound systems, Large Screen TV’s and P A systems may be rented for an extra fee. Call for Information. A $300 to $400 (non-refundable)room rental fee is required to reserve a private dining room at Scholz Garten. The Biergarten may also be rented for a separate fee as well as the whole restaurant.
